Pre-production quality control:
Visual control of the manufactured parts of partners before assembly on site or on our own site. By visual or gauge control we filter out the wrong or odd elements thus we ensure the increase of the production’s visual indicators and prevent the machine malfunctions caused by wrong or odd material of the manufactured parts during the automatic production. By quality control of the final product the number of customer complaints and recalls decrease, therefore it contributes to the raise of quality indicators.

Production project on partner’s site:
Our outsourced workers acquire quick the production knowledge, can be employed efficiently for definite or indefinite time for production line or other production tasks.

Post-production quality control:
Correction of production defects before assembly if correctable such as deburring, polishing or other visual corrections on site or on our own site per request of partner.

This workshop is operating on our site in Szombathely. We assemble products from the parts provided by our partners. Important expectations are the quality assurance and product traceability. In addition to the assembly work the quality control of pre-fabricated and final products using visual control, measure tools, reports, flexible production planning aligned to orders and meeting of deadlines are required for first class products.

sewing section

Our clothing division on our site in Szombathely specialized in the production of cycling-clothing. The garments are produced for export and we employ only qualified and highly experienced staff.
